Why can’t I just use my pressure washer I brought at the hardware store?

Domestic pressure cleaners were designed for small projects. They are high flow and low pressure machines. This results in longer time to complete your job, higher water consumption, inconsistent lines, stripped paint/damaged render … The reach the machine offers is limited and won’t kill/prevent mould regrowth.

At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we have invested in quality pressure cleaning machines and equipment. Our pressure cleaning equipment is water efficient and run on petrol so there will be no electricity costs to complete your service.

What happens if it is raining?

Safety is a priority at Enduro Cleans & Critter Control. If it is unsafe for our team to complete your requested service we will communicate this to you and arrange an alternative time to assist you with your service.

Will water come into my property?

Occasionally this can occur. We strongly recommend you take the precaution of closing all windows and doors prior to the cleaning service commencing. Upon quoting, we will advise of potential water draining issues so you are aware of these prior to commencement of the service.

What can I do to prepare for a cleaning service?

• Close all windows and doors

• Remove items from your clothes line/pool fences to avoid getting wet/overspray of dirt and grime

• Depending on service requested & your property - you may wish to place a towel behind your door/windows

• Secure your pets to avoid anxiety/anger

Why should I get my assets washed, what are the benefits?

Regularly maintaining your assets and having them cleaned can:

• Extend the life of your asset

• Protect your asset from build up and/or stop mould, lichen and algae growth

• Visual - keep your assets looking clean, bright and fresh rather than unsightly! Especially if you are looking to sell or rent your property in the near future.

• Save money - by protecting and maintaining your assets you could save money in the long run as you will be aware of any damage early. Rather than spending thousands replacing your asset, a clean could bring it back to new and allow further time prior to replacement being required.

What surfaces can you Pressure Clean?

Concrete, Wood, Natural Stone, Limestone, Glass, Metal, Tiles, Colourbond and more! Our specialised equipment allows us to reduce or increase pressure as needed, allowing a tailored approach to each surface we encounter.

Will the surface or stones be removed from my driveway/pathways when cleaning?

This would depend on the age of the surface, we would not use our surface cleaner on fresh/newly laid concrete as this would leave marks, we do however have a pressure cleaning gun and soft wash options that we can use to complete these services.

What about stencil/coloured driveways?

A small amount of colour may run from your driveway depending on the wear and age. We will examine your driveway and advise of any potential issues prior to engaging in a cleaning service.

Do you need to use my power to run your machines, what about access to water?

At Enduro Cleans & Critter Control, we made sure we invested in a machine that will limit further cost to the client when completing services. Our pressure washing machine does not require access to your power as they are run via fuel. We will however require access to your water supply.

I have low water pressure at my property, are you still able to complete a cleaning service?

We may need to run two hoses too our machine to be able to complete your cleaning service. If you are aware of low water pressure at your property, please let us know when you book for your service so we can allocate extra time to complete the job. We have also invested in a barrel for water storage purposes and to assist with water flow to complete the service.

How often do you need to pressure clean?

The simple answer is when dirt or mould reappears. Our repeat customers usually book in for another service between 6-12 months. This timeline has many different factors that could influence the time before you need to engage a professional cleaning service again such as; the surface itself, dirt and mould appearing, climate, nearby tress/garden beds and usage.
